Low Volume Issue
1. Increase the volume on both SB512-PRO & the media player such as cell phone. Re-charge the battery
2. Press & hold the on-board volume control button to increase the volume of SoundBot SB512-PRO
3. Recharge SB512-PRO battery for full 2hrs

SoundBot SB512 / SB510 / SB510S / SB511 / SB513 / SB517 low volume issue:
1. Increase the volume on both the wireless speaker and the media player. 
2. Press and hold the on-board volume control button to increase the volume of SoundBot SB512 / SB510 / SB510S / SB511 / SB513 / SB517. Use the volume control on the cell phone or other media player device to increase the volume.
3. Battery is low: Recharge SoundBot SB512 / SB510 / SB510S / SB511 / SB513 / SB517
